Is it possible to use PEQ on each channel when using Dolby 5.1?

I am currently using wiim amp. I would like to know if I can purchase wiim amp pro and use it as shown above.

My main question is as follows.
1. Is it possible to use PEQ in each channel(4channel)?
2. Does the crossover apply to all channels?
3. Is it possible to output to the surfwoofer from each wiim?
4. Is it possible to use a center channel speaker instead of sub1?

Yes.
However, as the signal received by the WiiM Amp is surround sound, it is not known how much bass the Sub2 can output..

4. Is it possible to use a center channel speaker instead of sub1?

No.
Amp's Sub output is not full range.
If you want to add a centre speaker to this configuration, the WiiM Sound is a good candidate.
