Issue with playing Plex tracks on Wiim Ultra

Not sure if anyone can help but recently I seem to be experiencing an issue playing tracks I have stored on a local Plex server. I have had my Wiim Ultra since the beginning of the year and had no issues connecting my Plex server to the Wiim and played albums\tracks without any problems.

I don't use the Wiim that often (more of a vinyl man) however, last week I tried to play a couple of albums on the Plex server and they wouldn't play? I can browse all the folders on the Plex server but when I select a track to play through the the Wiim app it scans through the album I have selected to the last track and then will not play??

The screen on the Ultra shows the album I have selected but I get no sound whatsoever. Not sure if this is due to an update or not but I would be interested to know if anyone else has had any issues like this. Any advice would be gratefully received.

I am having the same issue. I just got my Ultra today, so unsure if whatever update I'm running (updated to latest fw when I set it up) is still causing an issue. I can connect to plex fine, I can see the tracks in the app and on the Ultra display, I can see the track playing in the Plex dashboard, but no sound. For the record, I also tried using the Plex Amp app on my phone and using Google Cast to send to the Ultra, and same: no sound.

I removed and re-added my music library on the Plex server and it's all good now. Go figure.

Thanks for the heads up. I've not revisited the issue for sometime as I have just been using dnla to access the folders on the Synology box where Plex is installed. I will give that a try.
