Hello, I need information about this subject. Can I use Klipsch the fives with Wiim amp pro via USB? Will there be a problem? Will there be an improvement in the sound? Thanks everyone.

Welcome.

I assume you have the Fives and are thinking of a wiim amp?

How do you currently drive the Fives?
tbh, I can't see why you'd want a wiim amp for use with powered speakers.
The wiim amps are basically for use with passive speakers, but have usb out as a bonus, e.g. for headphone listening.

Tell us a bit more about your setup / what you want or are trying to achieve.

Yes, I use fives with bluetooth and hdmi connection and I have an elac db63 system and I get a very good sound with wiim pro. I wonder if I can get a better sound than my fives system with Wiim pro

I see that someone marked a solution to this thread, but I'm not entirely sure you have an answer yet.

The wiim product names are confusing unless written in full. You refer to 'wiim pro' a few times, and I'm reading that as a wiim amp pro as you mentioned it in relation to the passive Elac DB63 speakers.

i.e. I'm reading that you have two setups:
1) the active Fives, that you possibly use for tv (from hdmi input) and for music via Bluetooth.
2) a wiim amp pro powering the passive Elac DB63s

So, back to the question, will an amp pro usb out to the Fives improve sound quality of that setup?
Compared to bluetooth, quite possibly, but it's not the right device for this.
A wiim pro streamer optical out to the Fives would be sufficient.
