Hello everyone!
The problem is after stop playing and when some time passes 30min and more (seems its not to be related with stand by mode) so I cant connect to my Wim pro, I dont see it over Airplay (iphone Xr, mac book air 2020) and through Wim app I see it like: Online. But “Unable to connect”. Screen in attach. And its happens 4 times out of 5. So very often. And it very annoying me. To connect I must refresh airplay or wimm home app for 5-20 min long, and its not always work, or I must turn off wim from voltage socket and turn it on again.
Thinking for a selling this device if problem does not solved.
Firmware of device and wim home app is last.
Does anyone know a solution ? Or it is defected wim pro ?
Thanks!

My router Asus N12 supports only 2.4 Ghz

Preferred DNS server is on, 8.8.8.8.
Tried to turn off/on roaming and ipv6 - not helping.
How to make fixed IP ? Cause it is not constant like I see.
Thanks!
Fixed IP - either in your modem settings somehow (I think this would be best), or maybe in the Configure IP menu in the wiim app network status screen. It probably says Automatic atm. Try Manual, and choose an address; probably just the last two numbers.
tbu, I've no idea how this screen helps to stop the modem assigning that IP to another device another time, hence the recommendation to use the modem options to fix the wiim ip address.

With ethernet this is a known error when the Pro has gone into "sleep-mode". The solution have been to set it to never sleep. Maybe it will help in this case also?

@WiiM Support is the StandBy/sleep-issue on the to-do-list for the next firmware-update? :)

I think that static and dynamic IP depends from your provider.
Best thing is to do as Achim 1811 suggested
