New wiim amp pro songs reset after 4 seconds

Hi I have just purchased a wiim amp pro and it worked for the first few hours and then it has stopped.
Current set up is two speakers connected via banana cables, wiim amp pro connected via ethernet cable.
It seems to attempt to stream or play for 4 seconds of the song then stop - there is no sound. This is via streaming through the wiim amp using deezer, local audio from the phone, casting spotify too it, Bluetooth to the wiim - they all do the same. It also does the same to bluetooth headphones.
I have tried a reset to factory settings, re-booting, re-installing the app, output is set to speakers and input to ethernet. Volume controls are not at 0.
I have raised a ticket but I wondered if there were any other ideas. Thanks

Reboot your router perhaps? And toggle off the preferred DNS and IPV6 network settings in the app.

Thanks for the response, just tried both and now it goes to 5 seconds but then does the same thing!
