As here is primarily a user community, so I recommend submitting a ticket first when you encounter an issue.

I certainly will- I just like to check with the community first to see if it's a known or common issue before reaching out. And please don't apologize for your English- it's excellent- the failure was definitely mine in this case. Thanks for your help!

My Amp Ultra volume knob is entirely quiet, even with the ear right up against it. My Ultra on the other hand “squeaks” as if there’s a paper or plastic disc it’s rubbing against - fortunately I have my ultra volume fixed at 100 so never use the volume knob in practice.

My Ultra and both Amp Pros are silent and the knobs feel smooth- but my Amp Ultra is the opposite. I'm glad to know it doesn't seem to be a common problem.
