I am currently playing music on Tidal through Wiim Ultra. My AVR is a Denon AVR-X540BT which drives Polk T series speakers consisting of 2 floor-standing speakers, 2 bookshelf speakers, and a centre speaker and a Polk XT12 bass speaker. I have the RCA running from Line out on the Wiim and into the Media Player source of the Denon in order to use the Wiim's DAC

However, I'm not hearing sound from my right floor-standing speaker or the right satellite speaker. Yet I hear them perfectly fine when the source is switched to the TV

Troubleshooting steps taken:

1. I checked the fitting to the RCA cable on both ends. I switched source inputs (media player input/CBL SAT input) and swapped out RCA cables and neither of these worked

2. In audio settings, I checked Audio Channel (stereo) and volume balance (centered)

3. Audio output is set to Line out

4. Audio input is set to Hi-Fi since I don't have a spare ethernet cable. However, WiFi is fast

5. I've rebooted and done calibration but still no sound coming from the right floor-standing and right bookshelf speaker

If you swap the left and right plugs of the RCA cables connected to the Denon, does the sound stop coming out of the left speaker?

If so, there is most likely a issue with the Ultra. If there is still no sound coming from the right speaker, there is most likely a issue with the Denon.

Also please try an optical connection from the Ultra to the Denon; the RCA connection is likely to go through the Denon's AD converter and DAC.
