Did you disconnect and reconnect the power?

Can you temporarily connect the Pro through an Ethernet cable?

If nothing else makes a difference you could try a factory reset.

The app eventually tells me to toggle WiFi off/on on my phone and it looks like it reboots the pro as the lights start flashing and we get there in the end but as a daily occurrence it's a bit of a pain.
I don't use ethernet.

I don't use ethernet
If it does it again tomorrow I'll factory reset
Thank you for advice

Is your App running on Android?
What version of Android are you using?
The reason I ask is I have Android 11 phones and my Wi-Fi would cut out on a regular basis I spent 6 months diagnosing the problem and it turned out to be the phone and the operating system.

Mind you these were phones that have worked perfectly for several years and then after some update, no idea what or when, my phone started misbehaving.

I say phones because I always force my entire family to have the exact same device that way I can see when one is working differently and in this case both phones started acting the same way dropping Wi-Fi without any reason or any indication as to the source of the problem.

I switched my phones to a OnePlus 12 using Android 14 and magically the problem my way with no change to the wifi system.

I have no idea if this is your problem but it was definitely nearly impossible to diagnose.

Hope that helps you or anyone else.

Jeff

I reinstalled the app (android 14) and so far so good!
Thanks for all the helpful advice guys 👍

Johnny,

I have never "accepted" the wisdom that rebooting, uninstalling and re-installing, and other tech "voodoo" actions should be required to solve such a problem. But all my friends who are good with technology always resort first to less "LOGICAL" solutions, and always solve problems faster than I do. So, I guess it's all a journey of adapting to how technology works best, and a clean start seems to always help make things better.

Glad it helped.
Jeff

Yes I figured as the app was saying pro is online, lights confirmed this, but app can't find it then it's gotta be the app not pro or router.
Nowt so strange as apps.
