Let us hope @WiiM Team will do better regression testing in the future. There has been too many bugs in the latest releases related to existing features.

Did you respond to the automated email they sent you, telling them you would like to receive a personalised reply?
If not, they will only reply to individual tickets if they need more information to fix the issue. This is no secret knowledge, it's all in the email you received.
They should have communicated more clearly in the forum, I think.
