Pairing WiiM Amp with Windows 11 PC

I honestly don't know. I don't recall seeing Airplay while I was setting it up, but it may be.
Is that why it looks to be using Wi-Fi instead of Bluetooth that I started with?

Yeah, I believe so. I also fired up iTunes a few months ago after not using it for years and I recall it having the usual airplay icon when I went to choose where to play its output.

Is that the Airplay icon? Took me a while to figure that I had to select where to play. I could hear my computer sounds but no music, even though it looked to be playing in WiiM app. Homer Simpson sound when I saw the option for what speakers to use.
Still amazed how it works so easily with ancient PC and iTunes.
