Is it yet possible to assign a set number of PEQ bands to room correction, let's say seven or eight, and keep the other two or three separate for your own use (specific speaker correction)?

Not exactly, but you can use all 10 bands for RoomFit and another 10 bands for PEQ now that RoomFit and EQ are separate.

Can't do it, do you still have a Mini?

You can connect the Mini to the Ultra's optical input and run RoomFit on the Mini.

It’s in the house, but my lad has it now.

I’ve not run roomfit yet. Will it wipe my old PEQ? Should I write it down?

The RoomFit profiles are independent of the PEQ profiles and they can all be saved under individuelle names. So no overwrite.

Hi...
I don't have time actually to run some tests to verify this...but has the on-screen display of corrections in peq mode become relevant - corrected?

(It would be nice, if "ok", to have the option to perhaps display it in landscape mode, see, zoom etc.)
Thank you
;-)

The only problem has been with the Q factor of shelving filters not being displayed correctly, and yes, this has been corrected months ago.

I was so happy when this was finally resolved ... and now I cannot even remember which version exactly included the fix. ;)

I also was ungrateful enough to never update my feature request and say thank you to @WiiM Team for removing this long standing (even if a bit niche) limitation.

That's how it is, we continue to grumble and complain about things we want to have changed or added, but once we get what we wanted, we take it for granted and move on, moaning and ranting about the next issue. 😁

It was delivered in v3.3.2. I remember I tested after the fix, and it seemed OK in most cases - but I believe it wasn't fixed 100%.
If I'm not mistaken for the LP/HP filters increasing the Q value above some value no longer updated the display accordingly. I'd have to retest to be sure.

That functionality has already been implemented. For a long time now. Tap on the graph for a full-screen view and pinch out to zoom in. On tablets, landscape is also supported.

However, the 50Hz~100Hz of the graph is still ambiguous.

(Last Android+Samsung A**)
Is that a smartphone?
Only tablets support landscape mode.

You should be able to zoom in on the graph on a smartphone too.
