I just had a update of my WiiM Home app and it did solve a problem.
But not the problem as described in the title of this post.
To be clear: all my artists are present. I can scroll to ZZ Top for instance, so the artist are there.
Another ‘problem’ I see is that in Album overview, I can sort on ‘Release Date’. Great I love that.
The problem I have is, that I don’t have the option of sorting from recent, 2025 to old 1955, instead of just old, 1955, to recent, 2025.
So when I sort on release date. It is only sorted from old to recent, which means that I have to scroll through my complete collection of albums, before I get to my recent 2025 albums.
Sorting on release date and then then getting the option of sorting release date from old to new, from 1955 to 2025, and new to old 2025 to 1955, would solve that.
Even better would be to have a vertical bar on the right where we could scroll through the years.
