Presets that point to TuneIn Stations don't work after a day or so

Hi,

When I add a TuneIn station to a preset I find that after a day or so the preset no longer works.
If I switch between presets just after setting them they switch fine.
I can go in to the TuneIn app and select the station again and it will work fine.
A preset I have that points to an album in Tidal has worked fine since I added it.

I'm guessing the TuneIn station link expires or something and requires a 'refresh' via the TuneIn app/source?

I've also been playing with the HTTP/REST API and the 'getPresetInfo' command and the url field for all presets including the Tidal one are all set to 'unknow'.
Don't know if this is related but unlikely as the Tidal preset still works.

I have the latest firmware, 5.2.719248.

Exactly the same issue on latest firmware, I add all the TuneIn stations to favourites and presets, the following day they no longer work.

I have TuneIn Presets that I set several months ago and still working fine.

So maybe something with the stations you have selected?

Can you list the stations that fails?

Classic FM is a good example as its not regional.

I find it in the App, add to favourites and preset, works perfectly, get the station logo on the screen.

The next day, select preset from the Ultra unit screen, select Classic FM. No logo, pressing play does nothing.

What if selected from WHA or remote?

I just tried to select Presets from the Ultra screen and that didn't work at all. Nothing happened when pressing an entry until I edit one of the entries (in WHA), then all works again. That is a new bug.

Just tried again, I have preset one as Spotify, which is fine.

Classic FM as preset 2, pressing on the remote, nothing happens.

Same here until I edit one of the entries. Then all works. Very strange.

Please raise a ticket when it happens. I will do the same.
