Just thought i'd put my measurement up here for info.
I'm getting around 48ms using optical in and out.
i had planned to use the Pro+ to simplify switching (routing) with my surround L&R but this amount of delay on L&R added to 4.6ms from a minidsp 2x4 HD makes it unusable.
It's still great for music streaming so not all is lost!
