Pro Plus issue

I set my Pro Plus to automatically recognize an optical in source.

It works sometimes and other times it does not.

I think this needs to be addressed in a software update.

Have you submitted a ticket to WiiM so they can inspect your device logs for clues to your issue? Simply posting here doesn’t give them all the information they need to diagnose and fix the issue.

It's important to note that our system's automatic input mode switching goes from inactive to active. This means the input source must be continuously providing a signal for at least 17 seconds before the sound is normally outputted. We are aware of the 17-second wait time for Auto-sense activation and are planning to improve this in a future update.
