Random disconnects

Hi,
I've been testing Wiim Ultra for a few days now.
Music in 24/192 quality is choppy. Only on Tidal. I bought Amazon Music and there's no problem, the same songs play perfectly.
I've eliminated the phone problem, it's exactly the same on the tablet. I've eliminated the Wiim -> Amplifier connection problem. Whether it's RCA, USB Audio, or COAX .. the situation is the same. The sound disappears every few seconds for a few seconds, as if it was buffering. I've eliminated the WiFi problem - when connecting via Ethernet cable, there's also a buffering problem.
Does anyone else have a problem with this service or does this Wiim have a problem with the app?
I'll add that this problem doesn't occur with CarPlay or listening on headphones, but I guess HiRes is then compressed to 16/44 anyway.

@WiiM Support Help. Very Help .... I don't like it when something works half-heartedly.
The screenshot in the previous post says that it appears to be an issue with the Tidal app that WiiM have escalated to Tidal.

I'm currently having lots of tidal connect issues too (Android), but tidal within the WHA seems stable for me; at least it was for the last 1.5 hours anyway.

I'm afraid it might be problem with Tidal and local servers. A few people have suggested changing the DNS addresses to Google on my router, but unfortunately I have that option blocked on my device.

Using Tidal with Android Audio is also a complete mess at the moment: Search working only once per session. Albums straight from the home screen not playing. Starting playback from the phone works.

I take this as an indication who might have screwed it.

I have received information from both Tidal and Wiim service that the problem is generally known and they are working on a solution to the connection instability. I hope it ends positively and quickly.
I hope too. I mean, High quality is more than enough, but I've payed for max q, I wanna use max q.
