Wiim connection breaking - unstable operation

For me the problem of unstable WiFi also started to appear very recently, probably with the 5.0.716363 software update. In addition my WiiM amp became quite slow to respond to volume changes via the HDMI interface. I was able to mitigate both problems by downgrading to 705358 via the beta program. So from that it does really feel like there is some regression in the recent update maybe?

After upgrading to most recent firmware the issue no longer happens either. Couldn't find a mention of it in the changelog so maybe something went wrong with the update before? Anyway, all good on my side now.

Well, I have 2 Wiim Amps. 1 is perfect, other has issues with the wifi. It works with the cable though, so overall I'm satisfied.

Can you show us screenshots of the network status (RSSI, Transmission speed, SNR) of the 2 units?
