@eetee85,
My suggestion is to connect the Ultra's Line-out terminal to the Dali sub's Line-in terminal using an RCA cable and perform the same test.
When doing this test, keep the following in mind:
Please confirm beforehand that the Ultra's "Line-out level" is set to 2Vrms.
Turn off Subwoofer in the WiiM app.
Set the Dali crossover knob to its maximum value.
If no sound comes from the sub or if there is noise even when using the Line-out, it is highly likely that the sub is malfunctioning.
Also, could you please play this test track and post a video?
110Hz > 30Hz Step Tones

(Available on YouTube, Amazon Music, and Spotify)
The volume is loud, so please play it at a low volume at first.
If sound is heard normally via the Line-out, next connect the Ultra's Line-Out and the Dali Subwoofer-in using a single RCA cable and perform the same test. This will check if there is an issue with the Dali subwoofer-in port. (Although it is unlikely because it has already been tested at Yamaha.)
