RoomFit without Internet

I have a remote cabin that I use a WiiM Amp Pro in. I have wifi via an access point, but it's not connected to the internet.

With both the WiiM amp pro and my phone connected to the wifi. When I run RoomFit on my phone, I can never get it to make any sound, therefore I cannot run RoomFit. I do also have my phone paired and connected to Bluetooth. When I run RoomFit it disconnects my bluetooth directly and Home App takes control of the bluetooth, showing a "natural" connection. But in that mode, it will not play anything through the speakers.

Maybe it's not possible without an internet connection? Any advice would be appreciated.

Roomfit does need an internet connection as the measurements are analysed and results computed on WiiM’s backend servers.

However, you may be able to use your phone’s hotspot and run roomfit thru that. See https://faq.wiimhome.com/en/support...o-your-phone-s-hotspot-for-portable-streaming

Ah, thanks for that. I guess I'll take a laptop down and run REW, probably a better solution anyway.
