Share Your Microphone Calibration Files to Help Us Improve Room Correction

anyway, and this we have known for months and the cal files have already been pointed here for a long time, the offer that concerns Wiim is essentially the two affordable small Dayton and the Umik USB....

How do you know the USB jack adapter isn't changing the frequency response? I have a TRRS to USB A adapter (not Google) and mine definitely does affect the frequency response.
I don't know, but I also don't have a good way to measure it, which is why I specified which adapter I'm using.

there's no point in always putting the same cals from 2 dayton and the umik over and over again...
they were already put online here many months ago, like at the beginning of spring...
the format has been known to them for a long time
The precaution had been pointed out to them even before the arrival of the "rc" mode.

Maybe Wiim wants to know what the inaccuracies are in different microphones? Incidentally, it shows how many people use external microphones and how many care about it.

I would also add automatic headroom.

@RyanWithWiim do you have an insight of any implementation of this data? Would be nice to know whats the plan, if there is a plan
WiiM have already mentioned in the forum that they’re working in the import of calibration files. I’ll try and search for the comment they posted.

Edit: here it is - a search for “calibration” posted by WiiM Support/team shows this:
