WiiM Home App v3.1.3 Update - Feb 17, 2025

Running iOS 3.1.3 and do not see anything different. Where’s the setting for an external mic?

Still miss presets order arrangement and sharing with other WiiM devices.

Since the update I've been unable to log in to Tidal via the Wiim Home app. I can log in via the Tidal app and Bluetooth into the Wiim Mini but I want to stream direct to the Wiim Mini via WiFi. Any idea why this has happened and how to resolve the issue?

Did you get logged out automatically? What happens when you try to log into your Tidal account? Do you see the Tidal login page embedded into the WiiM Home app?

I just logged out of and into my account successfully using WHA 3.1.3.

You should be able to use Tidal Connect from the app to play to the Mini over WiFi- choose the speaker icon on the tidal app now playing page

How does the per-source group audio delay work? I have a Pro Plus where I want the delay to be 150ms for the optical input but prefer 800ms for the ethernet input. I have the latest firmware and app (iOS updated yesterday), but when I look at Audio Input in the settings I only see one setting for Group Audio Delay. I tried setting it for one input, then switching inputs and changing it again, but switching inputs back shows the same value for both inputs.

Does the current firmware for the Pro Plus already support this feature?

The screen should look similar to this (from wiiM AMP Pro):

Edit: I'm not even sure if this feature requires a certain firmware level, I'm just asking.

I don't see that, just the same screen as before. Maybe it isn't supported on the Pro Plus.

ETA: Looking at the WiiM Amp Pro Firmware release notes, I see

3. Per-Source Group Audio Delay: Now allows adjustment of the group audio delay for each input source (requires upcoming app update).

but no similar entry for the Pro Plus. Guess I need to study the release notes more carefully. Though it would be nice if the update announcements listed which devices are affected.

Thanks for number 5, much appreciated, and very quick.

And it’s fixed.

This has made me happier than such a small thing should. To fix it at all is great; the turnaround was phenomenal.

Wonderful customer service - to think that me, a bloke sat in a little corner of Yorkshire, can ask for a fairly small bug fixture to be fixed, and within a fortnight it's been sorted for WiiM users across the planet.

Cheers @WiiM Support .

App Release Version
v3.1.3

The Android version has been released. The iOS version is currently under review by the App Store. Stay tuned for updates!

What's New:

1. Per-Source Group Audio Delay: Each input source now supports separate group audio delay adjustments in the Audio Input Settings.
2. External Microphone Calibration File: Calibration files can be imported to improve Room Correction accuracy.
3. Fixed Volume Prompt: A prompt has been added to help prevent sudden, unexpected volume changes.

Bug Fixes:

1. QNAP Indexing Issue: Addressed an issue that prevented indexing all music files on QNAP Music Server.
2. Custom URL Playback Issue: Corrected playback problems caused by URLs containing spaces.
3. Queue Playback Issue: Fixed a bug that stopped tracks from playing after being reordered in the queue.
4. [iOS] USB Search Issue: Resolved a problem where searches using the single quote (') character returned no results.
5. [Android] Track Highlight Issue: Improved stability of the playing track highlight to eliminate flashing.
6. General Fixes: Various performance improvements and bug fixes.
Adding new preset adds image of previous preset. Example: added Preset 1 - Vtuner station. Adding a Spotify playlist next into preset 2 and Vtuner picture from Preset 1 is added. Both Presets plays correctly but both have the same image in list. IOS with v.3.1.3 iphone and ipad.
