Should I upgrade?

I have the WiiM amp as well, great product. The Amp Pro has some upgrades but this version still doesn't justify the upgrade. Keep in mind that you will lose Airplay 2, which to some of us is not a big deal, but to a lot of people is.

There’s a real upgrade you can do. Get an external dac and feed that to separate amp. This will be much better upgrade than going into amp pro.

The WiiM Amp Pro (amongst other things) features a better DAC and a better power amplifier section (including Post Filter Feedback). Depending on your speakers it might be worth it or just not.

No AirPlay support vs. the overall better product. Go figure.
