SHUFFLE on WIIM ULTRA

I dont know what it is, but using app, on anything I select under My Music. Amazon, Plex, DLNA it only plays songs with the same starting letter. Depending on what song I first pick. This is even on shuffle. Am I totally doing something wrong? What's happening makes this unusable. My cheap OceanDigital UPNP/DLNA machine shuffles better than this.
