SomaFM integration would be really nice. Not sure if any other app does this, but it would be a great addition.

That's a good workaround, but it would still be nice to have SomaFM as an official source. Does Wiim have a developer program to add music sources?

They do have a roadmap (Soma FM isn’t there unfortunately) but as well as posting here, raising a feature request ticket via the feedback section in the WiiM Home app may help highlight it to them.
