Spotify streaming service questions.

I'm doing a user experience project on Spotify and would like to identify problems and features that would like to be added or improved on to make Spotify's user experience better. As well as wanting to gain an understanding of why Spotify is used over other music streaming products.

It would be great if you could please answer these 4 questions:

1. If you use Spotify as your primary music streaming service, why do you prefer it over Apple Music, YouTube Music or any other music streaming service?
2. What problems do you have with Spotify at the moment in regards to your user experience using the app?
3. What would you improve on with the current features or user interface?
4. What features would you want to be added to further improve your user experience?
