The user manuals are useless marketing fluff. Either put a QR code on the back of the unit and provide the information online or do a better job of writing the manual. The WiiM app does quite a good job of guiding a new user through the process of adding a new device, but it should have a test tone feature so you can check everything is working. It would be good idea to tell a new user what to do next - i.e. use browse to find a streaming service like Spotify and then link it to the device. As it is, at the end of add a new device you are left with a device that say no music selected. The group facility similarly plays the guessing game in terms of how it works - great for people who like puzzles, but not good for me.

Yes, sometimes these things do seem to assume a certain level of familiarity, but you're here now so feel free to ask if anything else pops up!
