Squeezebox lite not recognizing LMS

I'm running LMS on Mac 15.4. I can access LMS via a web browser. But the WIIM home app won't find the LMS server.

Can you see your WiiM device as a player in LMS?

Have you enabled Squeezelite in WiiM settings?

Yes. It searches for LMS but doesn't find it.

You will need to install the legacy 'DLNA/UPnP Media Interface' plugin in order to see LMS from within the WHA, but it's very limited.

With LMS you should be using Material skin (web browser) to play to WiiM's SqueezeLite interface.

Which WiiM device are you using?

Have you tried enabled the upnpbridge plugin on LMS which you’ll need if your device is a WiiM Mini.

The function of the Squeezelite client in WiiM devices is to allow them to be seen by LMS as players, not for them to see the LMS service via the WiiM home app.

Just a thought - check your IP addresses for both the Wiim and the LMS server. They should be on the same local subnet. For example, the LMS server is 192.168.1.233 and the Ultra 192.168.1.70. Also, using range extenders or mesh can sometimes cause problems.

Do you have any other LMS players? Does LMS see them?
