any body else have line out difficulty problems on the pro plus ? It comes and goes but there’s definitely a problem swapped turntable for a cd player and still no sound I’m thinking of sending it back some of the responses hint towards a faulty batch

Have you submitted a ticket to WiiM when the problem occurs so they can inspect your device log for clues?

I’m having the same issue on two brand new Pro Plus.
I’ve switched cables, turned auto-sense on and off, used different input sources that are all working just fine, rebooted, reset and what ever else I could think of.
I plug the audio sources into three of my older Pro Plus’s and everything works just fine.
Sometimes if I switch the input from Optical back to Line In it will start to work but the sound is horrendous, cracks and pops with the beats, sometimes it will clear up a bit but sometimes it won’t.
Like I said, the older ones, no problem at all.
The only difference I have noticed between the new and the old are the input connections are gold on the older where the newer are shiny black. I’m doubtful that makes a difference though.
The same problem is only with the two new ones I just got. It’s extremely frustrating!

I have never seen black phono connectors. That sounds suspicious.

Hooked up a Fiio Cd player and had the same issue until I realized the volume on the CD player was all the way down.

I’m thinking the same thing. Thank you for the update.
I put a ticket in for them and awaiting a response.
Update- WiiM customer report sent me replacements for my two ones that were not working. Got them set

Update - WiiM sent me two replacements. Hooked them up and they work flawlessly.
Interesting enough, the replacements have the gold inputs just like my older ones.
It took a bit back and forth but, the customer service was great. Just glad to have everything working now!
