Subwoofer level minimum should be lowered to -30db.

I am using my Ultra as a transport. So volume is 100%. My subs are as low as they go gain wise, but at -15db they are still too loud for my speakers.
Please lower the subwoofer minimum level to -30db, so I can increase the gain on my subs at least a bit to match the level of my speakers.
I'm sure that could be done in a firmware update.
Thank you.

If you use the sub out of the Ultra you cannot use it at 100% fix volume. The sub out volume is controlled by the general volume control of the Ultra, so you will need to use that.

Note, this is a user forum, not a direct line to WiiM Support.

Subwoofers must always be connected to the device in charge of the volume control. Everything else is pointless, your sub level would be right only by chance.

You can use the Ultra's digital output and still use it to control the volume btw. If you don't want that, you cannot use the subwoofer output.
