Hello; I am a new user of the ultra. I have music playing fine into my amp using rca output. I connected my infinity brand powered subwoofer and it is not found by the Ultra. The Infinity subwoofer works fine on my pioneer amp. I tried a different RCA cable to no avail. I find no subwoofer settings in the wiim home app. I read a help file, it says to select device then click on the gear icon. I have no gear symbol. I clicked on add device and wiim cannot find the subwoofer. I tried add device manually but it tells me to push the connect button on the device and wait for an led. I have no such connect button on the old subwoofer. I tried disconnecting power from the wiim to no avail. I have the subwoofer in manual power on mode also with no success. I powered the subwoofer on first and then the Ultra 2nd to no avail.
My ultra did a firmware update on initial setup. I presume it now has the latest firmware.
Any advice would be appreciated.
Thank you

I guess you have read this

What do your Device tab in the WiiM Home App look like? Don't your see the device settings icon?

Note that the WiiM shall not recognize a subwoofer. It's just outputting the analog signal for the speakers independent of if anything is connected.

Surely the Subwoofer settings are always present whether a sub is connected or not. You don't need to add the sub as a device.

The toggle to turn the subwoofer on or off should be there on the ultra’s main device settings page, but you won’t see the page of subwoofer settings unless that toggle is turned on first.
