Can you be more specific?
Have you managed to connect from the wiim app before? i.e. has it stopped working or has it never worked?
Do you get any error message?
Are you logging in with username (email and password), google, apple?
Maybe send wiim a ticket via the app, using "... More", Feedback.
I'm assuming you can use Tidal Connect in the meantime.
