Ultra remote power button

My Ultra remote remote power button ceased to work. I need to turn the unit off by pulling the power plug. Worked up until today. And yes I changed the batteries. Thanks.

Have you tried using the "forget remote" and then re-pairing it again in the Wiim Home App?

I don't think I've ever powered off my Ultra or two Pros. I like the analog clock on the Ultra when not playing music.

No need to unless you are using the trigger out to control an amp. As far as I can measure the Ultra uses the same amount of power on or in standby, however the Ultra can be set to auto standby after a certain time when no signal detected in the app ranging from 30 seconds and up to never.

I have a WiiM Vibelink amp and use the 12 volt trigger cable from the Ultra. The amp turns off just fine after 15 minutes (one can set the timer in increments from never off to 30 seconds up to 4 hours.)

Is it only the remote's power button that isn't working, and do the other buttons working?
