USB not detected from Ultra to Pontus II

Hi

I have been using a Denafrips ARES II DAC via the USB output on my Wiim Ultra with no problems. Today i tried to hook up my Denafrips Pontus II via the same USB cable to the Ultra and it was not recognised! The coax output is fine but i can see no sign of the USB output on the App. I tried rebooting and a reset, still no joy. I see this has been a problem for other users but do not want to have to buy a different streamer. Can anyone offer advise?

I don't think a solution was found. Some thing seems to be unsupported for this device.

If you haven't yet, can you go into the WiiM Home app and under Move hit "Send us feedback"? Let the know what device you're working with there so they can check it out!
