USB to power

Quick question..

Could I use the USB slot to power a 5v device? Just brought a Neohipo ET30..

I'm very interested in the Ultra. I currently own a Pro and a Mini so the Ultra seems to be the next step. My concerns are the lack of information in the Ultra's product specs page regarding using an external USB hard drive. My questions are is there a hard drive size limitation and at what...

My Ultra is charging my S6 tablet when I'm standby (albeit slowly) that I use with the Ultra when I fire it up. I have also used the Usb for both power and data running an external Dac (SU1) to test it out. So yeah it's a standard USB port.
