Virtual mode like Marantz M1

Would this be possible to use for watching movies? Or music for that matter if you like that kind of experience. This is the only thing that the way more expensive Model M1 has that you don't. Would be kinda funny if implemented that to

The Marantz M1 has Dolby Digital Plus and HDMI-eARC, and it is an amplifier. If the M1 is too expensive then the Denon Home Amp is £200 cheaper.

Doesn't look like a way to use either the Denon or Marantz as a preamp to powered speakers.

I would be willing to bet the ultra will get some updates for 2-channel modes. They are amazing and really seem to get things done.

Don't want one cause I am happy with my setup and love the Ultra. Just a suggestion and not a dealbreaker since the deal has already been made
