Voice remote 2 range

Hi,

Does the voice remote 2 have a long range than the 1? My amp is very far from me and i am at the very limit of the range of my remote 1 so wondering if getting the 2 would help.

The WiiM devices uses BT 5.x that should give you up to 240 meters in ideal conditions, but typically around 40 meters in everyday use.

I don't think the remote 2 will change that.

Edit: Just did a test. My remote 1, paired with a WiiM Ultra, is working fine at 20m distanced, outside in the garden, controlling the WiiM inside the house.
