Hi,

Can someone at Wiim confirm that the VTuner radio service is now dead ?
I belive that Vtuner have ceased operations.
If so, the VTuner service should be removed from the App and it would be nice if a suitable replacement was made available.
Most manufacturers seems to be turning to Airable.
I know Tunein is still available but Tunein places a lot of geographic restrictions on the availability of stations.

Thanks

vTuner still working here.

Lyngdorf did get rid of vTuner in favour of airable some months ago, so I can only test with my WiiMs.

VTuner is working fine.
Why should it be dead?

Vtuner has always been a bit hit and miss for me, and it’s still the same - some stations will play, others won’t.

interesting - that station does work on my Wiim but not from the Vtuner website.
Others which previously worked no longer do but it seems that there may still be life even if they are not updating streams

The vTuner platform is not stable.

I would also like to see other platforms integrated with WiiM Home App. For example "radio.net".

Hey all, I'll have the team check this out! I haven't heard anything regarding VTuner yet, but I may not be in the loop on it yet.

“Lyrion Music Server (formerly Logitech Media Server) is open-source server software which controls a wide range of Squeezebox audio players, including WiiM devices using the inbuilt squeezelite client (except the mini). Lyrion can stream your local music collection, internet radio stations, and content from many streaming services (with and without subscriptions).”

I use vTuner for SOMA FM and it works fine. Although it would be nice to have direct integration with SOMA FM like there is for Radio Paradise.
