What are you listening to?

Everytime I play it, it's always like the first time I've ever heard it... Only experienced the same with some operatic arias (usually with Callas)!
You've made me play it! FLAC from my original vinyl copy

@slartibartfast and I have debated the inherent sibilance on this album quite a few times. Musically it is excellent but there is notable sibilance present on all versions.

Never noticed it, but then my hearing like pretty much everything else is shot to bits 😁😋
Why demi? 😉
Err... It is Spain - so the top spots are already taken, I'm afraid 🇪🇸😁

Off topic, but for those of a nervous disposition, this thread is a lifeline:

In view of @castalla's earlier post and my retort about sibilance.

This is in my “listening room” with Trio KD1033B wearing an AT VM95ML with Mission 778x and Kef Q550s. I’m playing Graceland on this combo for the first time. There is still some sibilance but not as pronounced as the Vinyl rip I made with an Ortofon 2M Red that I played earler.

Guessing the kef doesn’t have a rear port if so how’s the bass?😊
