Gosh, we've been such revolutionaries . Wine, cigarettes, girls, and something I can't remember. There was a saying in Germany: "Anyone who is not a socialist at 18 is a pig. Who still is at 35 is an idiot!" Hannes and Wolf and some others where responsible for the the soundtrack.

First band I saw live. Golden Earring frequently toured local Belgium/Netherlands festivals up until few years ago. They were already old rockers at the time. Still they left an impression... including a crazy Zuiderwijk 10min+ drum solo.

I was lucky enough to catch the "Naughty Rhythm Tour" in 1974. Three 70s pub rock bands that took turns to headline - Kokomo, Chilly Willy & The Red Hot Peppers and Dr. Feelgood. I saw the tour at Ewell Tech where Feelgood were the headline act. They blew the house down. However I was also quite impressed by Kokomo to the extent that I went out and bought their albums.

It's good but not sure best in 40 years. One of the best in 80s for sure.
