What are you listening to?

The Gillan logo adorned many a denim waistcoat in the early '80s. Gnarlier than rivals Whitesnake and Rainbow, they were the original motley crew: all goatee beards, bald pates and Adam Ant-style war paint. But Glory Road became a UK Number 3 with Unchain Your Brain and No Easy Way a reminder, in the era of Iron Maiden, Saxon, et cetera, of the boss's status as the archetypal hard rock frontman.

Sally Barker appeared on The Voice in the UK and reached the final but I remember her playing the pubs in Loughborough back in the 1980s.

No electricity for the stereo for a few hours more. So some mainstream on the ears. Sounds great! Thank you, Coldplay 😉
