Not the best photos, but this is my revised set up. I've swapped out wiim ultra and yamaha amp for the amp ultra, paired with QA3030i, Tonewinner sub, yamaha cd player and FiiO k11 RTR dac/headphone amp. The cd player runs edirect to wiim (optical) and also through the FiiO via coax and then into amp via rca (so I have a choice of dacs). I also just custom built the cd storage insert which I'm pretty pleased with seeing as I have zero woodwork skills! I'm slowly rebuilding my cd collection (mostly used via ebay) so for now it's also home to my FiiO headphones.

Panasonic Blu-Ray (cheapo), Philips 50" (not so cheapo), WiiM Amp Ultra, and Dynaudio Emit M10, everything stuffed into IKEA Bestå. Its central electronics section has been out of the market for years. If we want a bigger TV we’ll have to do something.
Yup, there is a WiiM Sub Pro missing. We’ll see.

Here’s Wiim Amp setup in my bedroom, pairing with Sonus faber Principia1 passive speakers + Q Acoustics QB12 subwoofer. I also connect my LG TV & Apple TV 4K to HDMI Arc input for video watching Thanks to the RoomFit (Room Correction) feature on WiimHome apps, and thru several trial attempts, finally I’ve got the golden reference sonic setup suitable for my room, although it’s not acoustically treated. Below my Home Office setup.

WiiM Ultra -> Jcally JM20 Max -> Sennheiser HD560s

My WiiM Ultra is connected to the 3E Audio A5 amplifier via nice and short RCA cables. Due to the lovely praises of @harkpabst on the 3e audio A5 I decided to order one back when it was released and love it! The amplifier is connected to a pair of Debut 3.0 B5.3 speakers and I use the sub-out of the ultra to a SVS SB-1000 Pro.
I decided after very good reviews to buy the Jcally dongle and used that with my headphone from day one and since I'm very happy with it never tried the headphone out of the ultra extensively.

I really like my setup and sound so far. Although I'm more a music lover then gear lover and though I do like to fiddling with my sound and setup I like listening to good music way more...

Since I see the Lyrion (LMS) support group is very focal on this forum I would like to express I'm an active LMS user for 15 years this month. Best thing that happened to my music listening experience till date.
