Well, could someone, explain, why with all the streamer, nobody ad a monitor output?

it is cheaper, than android device, and with year of computer, still have some square monitor i could hook it to it?

What i miss the most, is my lp Art Cover, when listening my pro plus!

I don't mean a touch screen, just a monitor output, that way, i could know what music is playing!

i miss so much, old apple red chair, in first version of apple, and scrolling with the remote!

Why nobody, ad that to his streamer, better and easier than android device and no virus, because, it's not android, it's a monitor output! Just gave me, lp size art cover, that all i miss!

perfect hifi, for me:

A 400 CD carousel, a wiim pro plus, a monitor for knowing what's playing and an old receiver that glow in the dark with updated led light!

Anyone have that?

regards all

but the CD, in tha machine!, more like this, but old technology and no internet connection, so you have to use it with Shazam! to know what's playing!

but with a external DAC (WiiM) and a connection to internet Art Cover
Old men, got a lot of CD and just starting streaming. Lot of my CD, still not on streamer!
Streamer, work with algorithms, and a soon as population of old boomer decrease that music will disappear for Era Tour content!

So better keep old CD and play them decently on WiiM pro-plus!

Sorry my man, but your idea of the ideal steamer/cd changer and now-playing screen combo is super niche and specific. People already have so many big screens in their home and the things you're thinking about can already be achieved with a tablet or android tv box.

If you really can't stop fantasizing, I'd say the DIY route is the way to go.

Don't expect WiiM to make a cd player, let alone a 400 cd changer. Their focus is on streaming and automation. Why ould they put their effort in near 40y old technology all of a sudden? ;)

wth respect:

Well, Gramma said, if you don't ask, you'll never know!

and thanks, to everyone, who we're asking for lp's and Rega to continu producing turntable, even when it was out!

and well, knowledge is like strawberry jam, the less you have, the more you judge!

please explain, the WiiM ultra than? if a tablet or tv box worked, in the first place!

VHS win, because it has 2 hours more of home recording, even if nobody, knows how VHS, worked in the first place...

Still WiiM pro-plus, best deal on the market, will go back to my niche!, thanks anyhow!

please explain, the WiiM ultra than?
What is there to explain?

People who want a screen can now buy the Ultra and probably don't need a monitor output like what you're asking.

The Ultra's screen is also just to control playback, change input/output, eq etc. To me it serves more of a functional purpose.

I like the idea of an hdmi display, I like that the Ultra has a screen but find it too small from my seating area to be useful.
thanks, that's what i was trying to ask! or a vga, the simplest the best

vga, the simplest the best
Now you're also asking for it to be a totally obsolete video connection? Are you going to connect it to a crt monitor as well then? ;)

Again, all these things can be achieved wirelessly with existing devices.

Why not go for totally obsolete with composite connectors, lol.
as long, as i have a monitor working at 10 feets, what look better a 15inch screen in VGA or a 4inch screen hi-res?

an VGA, is a Very Good Audio upgrade ;)
