WiiM AMP no power on

Hello all!

My WiiM AMP is not powered on. Yesterday morning it worked fine, but 2 hours later when I was powering on my TV there was no sound from the wiim (the orange diode light all the time). I was trying to restart the device with the remote control and plug it off, but it hasn't helped. After that diod stopped lighting, and the device was not visible in the mobile app. I tried it after a few hours to plug it on but still no work. Generally device worked fine for 2 months (I bought it 29 of November) without restarts, (I noticed only 2 reboots caused by the update but the last was a few weeks ago).

Any clue what can I check?

Does the LED on the WiiM amp still turn orange (or red)?

Please submit a support ticket through the feedback section of the WiiM home app. If that is not possible, please contact the store where you purchased the product.

Unfortunately LED doesn't light. I going to try submit teh feedback through app.

If you checked the plug on both ends socket and unit then I would say the problem is internal. I'm sure WiiM will stand by their product and help you.
