I don’t understand very well what you say, so i try to make you to understand that, from the first time i get it it was initialized via Wifi, i don’t use the Ethernet cable ever.

While waiting for the team's response, you can move the WiiM closer to the router and try connecting it with a LAN cable.

I tried this now, same situation, the app it doesn't detect it, the device white LED flashes quickly.

And you follow the manuals instructions to connect with the WiiM? I think the flashing light indicate that it is waiting for network connection and you will need to set that via the WiiM Home App.
The WiiM device opens it's own access point. Can you see that on your phone (in the WiFi menu)?

Does your phone need to be connected to 2.4GHz WiFi for the setup? I can't remember but I know other devices have that requirement.

I don't think so. Just connected to the access point you want to use for the WiiM.

The OP cannot see the WiiM WiFi access point that should be available when initializing, I think that is the issue.

The WiiM light is flashing fast instead of slow. I don't know what that means? Maybe indicating an error?

It sounds like an error. The fast flashing occurs after a reboot so if it doesn't get past that stage maybe the firmware is corrupted. I don't understand how the OP could send feedback to WiiM if the amp is in this state but I am sure they said they did.

I’m still waiting for an answer from team. In the meantime, i don’t want to do anything. The device is unplugged and like i said, this is the 3rd or 4th time when the device has done this and after being plugged in for 24 hours everything working fine so i hope it will work this time too.
