Wiim amp remote Alexa doesn't work, flashes red

I recently got a bunch of minis and they all work fine. Also got the amp and that works great also, except I noticed when I tried to use the remote the red led flashes on the amp and nothing happens. Also, for some reason the amp isn't showing up in Alexa app even though I got all the minis too. In wiim home app I went to browse, Alexa and signed in but it's not showing. Could both issues be related since Alexa is common denominator? Thanks!

Ok, so after messing with it for a bit more it randomly showed up in Alexa app and remote is working mint. Tried to delete the post but couldn't find delete button, sorry guys.

I had the same thing, solved it by enabling the Alexa app in “Music Services”, and then logged in to Alexa. Only after that did voice commands work (and no more red flashes on the amp).
