In general I'd advise against trying to boost interference-induced nulls/dips in the response with PEQ.Sorry to bother you again
I did a final test by working on the sub's app, adjusting the equalization and trying to fix the 45Hz drop.
Here are the latest results. I think there's been a slight improvement.

From the measurement we can see the PEQ boost didn't help much with the response dip, but it did waste 6dB of headroom (i.e. the sub will run out of power or excursion quicker this way).
