wiim app doesn't show list of songs

hello

since december, in WIIM app I don't see songs within folder.

I use Mezzmo server on my PC and until december everythnig was flawless
after I tun on PC. Mezzmo starts and on Wiim app I can acces HDD with music on it. music is sorted in genre and artist folders alphabelitaly.
but now when I choose folder to play song, inside is empty, no songs.

I tried older version of Mezzmo, no luck
I reinstall Wiim app and that day is OK, next day same thing.

other function on Wimm app works, just can't see songs. mezzmo server on PC work flawlesly.

what shoul I do?

Have you tried another control point to check if it's a server issue e.g BubbleUPnP (Android) or mconnect lite (iOS)?

no.
years ago when I was using Denon streamer (DNP730) I have Mezzmo on my PC and Bubble UpNP app on my phone. everythnig worked OK.
2 years ago when I bought Wiim Pro everythnig worked OK until last december. I suspect some update on Wiim caused this issue.

is it possible to roll back FW on Wiim Pro to some earlier version?

Try BubbleUPnP first and if that's successful you'll need to raise a ticket in the WiiM Home app (More > Feedback and Tickets).

I didn`t understand correctly - what ticket?

UPDATE: I just turn off PC . after turning it back on (like every day afer work) same error in Wimm app - no songs (like I described earlier).
Mezzmo server run automaticaly when Win 10 starts. and this was not the case before december.

Try browsing Mezzmo with BubbleUPnP first.
If you can see your files in BubbleUPnP but not in the WHA then you'll need to create a support ticket in the WHA (More > Feedback and Tickets). WiiM will then be able to inspect your device logs to help with troubleshooting.

A firmware update to your WiiM Pro wouldn't cause browsing issues in the WHA.

There is one really old beta test firmware available for the Pro you could try.
Device Info screen, Join Beta Testing.
But as suggested, the Pro firmware seems unlikely to be related to app issue.
