I feel silly asking this but my alarm for 6am now comes on at 7am and I cannot find any way to manually change the time. I rebooted the wiim pro and it is still off by 1 hour. Obviously I can change my alarms and trick it but I believe that I am missing something. Anyone know a trick? Thanks!

I'm hoping the devil face and big laugh conveyed the intended humour, but also good to hear the new solution puts this to bed.
Which is the opposite of what an alarm is supposed to do. ;)

My wiim pro updated to latest firmware dated 25th April. My alarms are still over hour out. Do I need to delete the alarms and reset for this update to work. (Some of my wiim s are in remote locations)

Hi givecredit,

Sorry for the inconvenience caused! Please submit a ticket using the WiiM Home App, and I'll work with our team to ensure this issue is addressed correctly. Thank you for your patience and support!

For the benefit of other users, Here is what support recommended.:
We recommend deleting your current alarms and setting them up again to see if the issue persists.

Before this latest update, I was fortunate enough in March to be able to adjust the time forward or backwards 1 hour, save, and then set it back to the original time, save, and then they are working correctly.

Phone on UK and Ireland time zone. Does the phone have to be in the local WiFi network for wiims to update time? I've wiims in three different locations..
All communication between the WiiM Home App and the WiiM devices is through Wi-Fi, so yes, I guess they need to be in the same network.

Bluetooth is only used during initial setup, but this requires close proximity, too, of course.

Hi All,

Same here, Alarm did not update per DST,
The only fix was to create the alarm again and delete the old alarm.

Seem a little daft to have to revert to creating alarms twice a year just to grt around a Dst issue.

I have a wiim amp and use IOS which exhibits this behaviour, not sure if its relevant or not.

Hooray! Finally after 3(?) years of the DST change messing up WiiM alarms, this morning our alarm adjusted properly and went off at the correct time!

App version (Android): 3.3.10.251027.6d293f
Firmware (WiiM Ultra): 5.2.734250

Could just be because there were complaints last weekend about it which have been fixed until next time 🤣
