Yes everything is on the same network and subnet. One interesting twist in my case is the opposite of what some others are reporting works for them, i.e. some with Android TV boxes have indicated it only works when that box is connected via WiFi and not Ethernet.

My 2024 Google TV Streamer is connected via Ethernet, as is the Ultra.

I was hopeful when I saw WiiM pushed firmware update 5.2.719248 to my Ultra this morning, however that hasn't solved anything and the 6/6/2025 Build Date release notes didn't indicate it should have, so I guess I'll just hurry up and wait!

It's the TV App that needs the update.

I change my TV (Sony) to WiFi only and it works. Ethernet port only or a mix don't work.

Actually very strange issue, as the app should not care about how it's connected.

Is anyone else here having an issue with the home app switching away from the actively playing device, to another device on my network which is in standby mode? About 20 to 30 minutes into listening the screen switches to another WIIM on my network, forcing me to manually reselect the playing device on the TV screen.

Yes, WiiM are aware of the ethernet issue and working on a fix apparently.

Yeah, seeing that issue too. Other than that it seems to work no matter what I throw at my devices, whether it be from the WiiM home app, via Qobuz Connect, LMS, Chromecast or even Airplay. Great first version
