I tested the WiiM home TV app on a FireTV 4k max 2nd gen on a projector's 80" screen. The album art looks beautiful on the big screen.

So far there have been no major issues with the operation and the player is very nice and complete.

It would be nice if the volume of the whole group could be adjusted when playing in a group.

As a read-only player, it is a great completion. In the future, it would be nice to be able to display artist information on the WiiM TV app and select songs from there, presets, recently played, etc. Is this technically possible?

1. Group volume control enhancements are scheduled for the next app update.
2. Current work focuses on refining the playback screen—adding lyric display and artist information—and additional features will follow in the next stage.

Just tried this, neither of my two devices show up in the Fire TV app . Setup is, Wiim Amp Wifi Connected, Wiim Pro Plus and Fire TV cube both Ethernet connected, Single flat subnet. Both Wiim devices can stream from Internet, NAS and iPhone to their given outputs, so no issues with network connectivity as far the Wiims are concerned.
Any ideas ?

Has anyone successfully launched the WiiM TV app via an Alexa routine (or voice control)?

I have been trying every phrase in the routine since yesterday, but cannot open the WiiM app.

I say "Alexa, open the WiiM home TV app on the FireTV" and it opens the Apple TV

(I have been able to register the WiiM app to the customise button on the Fire TV Remote Pro and launch it.)
